Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Althemi pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple and fair. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and the steps to follow.

1. Return window & eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

2. How to request a return

  1. Email info@althemi.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the available options (prepaid label or customer-return).
  3. Do not ship the item before receiving our confirmation.

3. Return shipping options

We offer two main return methods:

A. Prepaid return label (recommended)

  • If you request a prepaid label, we will provide one via email.
  • A small fee may apply for returns due to change of mind; we will confirm the fee before sending the label.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), the return label is free.

B. Customer-arranged returns

  • You can return the item using the carrier of your choice.
  • If you choose this option, we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt.

4. Address for returns

We will provide the correct return address in the return instructions email. Please do not send items without prior confirmation.

5. Damaged or defective items

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@althemi.com with photos and your order number.
  • If confirmed defective or incorrect, we will replace the item or issue a full refund and cover return shipping costs.

6. Inspection & refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result of the inspection. If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Partial refunds & non-eligible cases

We may issue partial refunds for items showing obvious signs of use, missing original packaging, or damage not reported before return. Items not eligible for refund include gift cards and downloadable products.

8. Shipping costs & deductions

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item). If you used a prepaid label and a fee applies (change of mind), the fee will be deducted from the refund.

9. Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for a different size or product, contact us at info@althemi.com; we will advise whether to process a return + new order or an exchange.

10. Lost returns

We recommend using a tracked service for returns. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse. If you used our prepaid label and the carrier confirms delivery to our facility, we will process the refund.

11. Customs & international returns

If you return items from outside the EU, customs rules and import duties may apply. Any fees incurred during return shipment are the customer’s responsibility unless we provided a prepaid label.
