1. Shipping Origin

All orders are packed and shipped from Spain (EU). Each piece is checked carefully before it leaves our studio to ensure quality and protection during travel.

2. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
  • Correos
  • SEUR
  • UPS

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new releases or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Processing time is not included in these estimates:
  • Spain: 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days
These time frames are guidelines — customs inspections, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your destination and order value.
  • Domestic (Spain):
    • Orders under €59 → €4.90
    • Orders €60+ → Free shipping
  • EU & International:
    • Orders under €59 → €12.90
    • Orders €60+ → Free shipping
  • SEUR Express:
    • Orders under €120 → €29.90
    • Orders €120+ → Free express shipping
Note: €60 ≈ $65 USD | €120 ≈ $130 USD (rounded).

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If a parcel is returned or delayed due to incorrect details, reshipping fees may apply.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are charged by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient. Most regions receive packages without additional charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it enters their delivery network. If your tracking seems stuck, delayed, or marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier first, then notify us at info@althemi.com so we can assist.

10. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products include estimated shipping dates on their product pages. If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together unless otherwise specified.
